Clover Update
4-leaf clover total count is now 21
7-leaf clover count is now 1!
I drove them to school this morning due to rain, but the drop-off line wasn’t moving so I let them jump out right before the cross-walk. Aiden got out of the car, looked down, literally bent over, picked one up and passed it back through the window to me. Soccer was cancelled this afternoon so he went back to school with a couple of friends, after he finished his homework of course, to hunt for more. He came back with 4 more four-leaf clovers and a seven-leaf clover! His class has an auction tomorrow to “spend” all the “teacher dollars” they have earned on stuff from the classroom treasure chest. Aiden is offering up a couple of his clovers for the auction.
Some of today’s find:
it’s a blurry picture, but there are literally 7 leafs on this thing! Aiden has also taken my advice and plans to be a leprechaun for Halloween this year!
About Me
- Renay
- Stories about BRLAB: Brian & Renay, two relatively sane parents, and our three adorable, but active boys: Logan - 9, Aiden - 7 and Brady - 6. I started this blog to document our adventures and milestones for those family members who are far away and can't always share the fun in person. This blog has become my way to keep track of everything in the lives of my growing boys - from the super big stuff that seems the most important to the small things that probably really ARE the most important. I always include tons of pictures because I plan to make a book out of the blog on a yearly basis. Time flies by so fast, I can only hope that these posts will help us remember all the wonderful and silly times we have together as a family.

Seriously! I was trying to channel Aiden's powers the other day while stretching over a clover patch after a run. How many 4-leafers did I find? Zero.
