School Picks Round One Plus “Daddy’s Home!!”

Logan came home with his school pictures yesterday. I think they turned out really well!!

Logan did four of these letters today and helped me mail off pictures. Not to ruin the surprise or anything, but some of you loyal readers should be getting these soon. Oh and Grammy…sorry I forgot to reply to your recent email about getting portraits of the boys done soon. We have a family photo session booked for October 16th. We will be taking pictures outside in a really pretty park area so you’ll have TONS of pictures coming soon.

Right before the boys left for school today, Daddy arrived home from his 5-day trip to London. He brought some SUPER cool soccer gear back for the boys. As you can see, Logan put on the whole uni…down to the matching socks and Aiden modeled his shorts OVER his jeans :) Logan was NOT at all happy that he couldn’t wear the shorts to school, but I swear they’re a little see-through. I know he’s only 5, but that seems inappropriate for school. I forced him into normal pants against his will. He’s due off the bus in 10 minutes…and I’m sure he’ll be RIGHT back into this outfit ASAP. Oh and also, it was “yellow day” at school for Logan. They are supposed to bring something yellow and are “encouraged” to wear yellow. Well…he HAD on a yellow shirt…right up until he left ;) (p.s. he took a school bus with him as his yellow thing since he LOVES riding the bus so much!!)

Logan's school pic is THE BEST and the hand written note made it even better. I have them propped up on my desk until I can find a frame that can accommodate both. The soccer "stuff" is AWESOME!! Logan may just need shorts under his shorts!

About Me

My photo
Stories about BRLAB: Brian & Renay, two relatively sane parents, and our three adorable, but active boys: Logan - 9, Aiden - 7 and Brady - 6. I started this blog to document our adventures and milestones for those family members who are far away and can't always share the fun in person. This blog has become my way to keep track of everything in the lives of my growing boys - from the super big stuff that seems the most important to the small things that probably really ARE the most important. I always include tons of pictures because I plan to make a book out of the blog on a yearly basis. Time flies by so fast, I can only hope that these posts will help us remember all the wonderful and silly times we have together as a family.
