Despite the Bad Influence

I'm so impressed with Brady lately. He has become quite the "stair master". He has climbed up from the first to the second floor several times and is learning how to turn himself around and go down the stairs on his tummy. Aiden took a LONG time to learn this skill (like...I think he may have been fully 15 months before he would go down on his tummy). He always wanted to mimic Logan and never wanted to go down backwards. It made me crazy worried all the time that he was going to fall and hurt himself. Surprisingly, Aiden's CURRENT bad influence has not adversely affected Bray's progress. See pictorial documentation below.

That a boy! Look at the stair descending form!
And look at that proud little face! ...aaaaand here comes big brother with his own brand of "going down the stairs on your tummy"

Oh that's just awesome Aiden. "Brady - turn away! Do not look at what your brother is doing! That is NOT safe for an 11 month old! It's not even safe for a 2 year old!"

WOW! I can't believe you're already at the phase where you won't have to have gates anymore! That Brady is a pretty impressive little man! The problem is - that gate on the front stairs has been part of the decor for so long - you may really miss it!! :):):)

About Me

My photo
Stories about BRLAB: Brian & Renay, two relatively sane parents, and our three adorable, but active boys: Logan - 9, Aiden - 7 and Brady - 6. I started this blog to document our adventures and milestones for those family members who are far away and can't always share the fun in person. This blog has become my way to keep track of everything in the lives of my growing boys - from the super big stuff that seems the most important to the small things that probably really ARE the most important. I always include tons of pictures because I plan to make a book out of the blog on a yearly basis. Time flies by so fast, I can only hope that these posts will help us remember all the wonderful and silly times we have together as a family.
