Our New Treadmill

Yesterday, a new treadmill was delivered to our home (yeah me!) Can you believe the audacity of the delivery guys who tried to take this beautiful box with them when they left?!!

In actuality, they were quite thrilled when I told them to leave it! After we played a few different games with the box, we headed outside to carry out a directive issued by dad: build a snowman. Brian called and told me that a warm-up is on the way so we better get our snowman done. Neither of us took into account that what we currently have on the ground is most definitely not “snowman snow”! We did our best…

IMG_2266 I wanted to put a big sign beside him that said “I’m melting…I’m melting!”

Since that whole activity was a bit of a bust and we were all decked out in winter gear, I gave the boys spray bottles of colored water

And finally, in other news, Aiden is Picasso

Uh, hello? WHere's the treadmill? Do you love it? And what does this mean about going to the gym? And cardboard boxes are AWESOME! I just threw away a cardboard car - it had seen a better day.

Could there be anything better than a huge box??? The answer is NO! So - how are you loving the freedom of having a treadmill right there in your bedroom?

LOVE the Picasso potato head and the brilliance of shoes on top and bottom for versatility!

The snowman is just too cute. Isn't it disappointing when you get all geared up for a snowman and the snow just won't cooporate??

About Me

My photo
Stories about BRLAB: Brian & Renay, two relatively sane parents, and our three adorable, but active boys: Logan - 9, Aiden - 7 and Brady - 6. I started this blog to document our adventures and milestones for those family members who are far away and can't always share the fun in person. This blog has become my way to keep track of everything in the lives of my growing boys - from the super big stuff that seems the most important to the small things that probably really ARE the most important. I always include tons of pictures because I plan to make a book out of the blog on a yearly basis. Time flies by so fast, I can only hope that these posts will help us remember all the wonderful and silly times we have together as a family.
